REPORT ON VIGILANCE AWARENESS WEEK-2017

The Vigilance Awareness Week was observed from 13th October, 2016 to 22st October, 2016 throughout the country. But due to the vacation in the school, the Atomic Energy Central School-2, Jaduguda observed the same from 31st October, 2016 to 2nd November, 2016. The following activities were conducted in the school during these days.
1. Slogan Writing
2. Poster Making for class VI to VIII
3. Elocution on ‘Citizens Right to Good Governance – for class IX & X
The Principal of the school also spoke about the Vigilance Awareness and transparency in governance. He told all the students to be honest and do their best for the welfare of the country.
In the staff room the oath was administered by the Principal of the school on 31st October, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. He also emphasized to do the duties honesty and transparently.
 

Report on RashtriyaEkta Diwas-2016

With a view to foster and reinforce our dedication to preserve and strengthen unity, integrity and security of our nation,  Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) was observed in our school on 31st October, 2016 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The oath was administered by the Principal on 31st October, 2016 in the morning assembly to all the students and staff members.

WELCOME ADDRESS-ANNUAL DAY FUNCTION 2015

Respected Chief Guest, Shri D. Acharya, Chairman & Managing Director, UCIL, Jaduguda, Guest of Honour, ShriDebashishGhosh, Director Finance, Shri C.H. Sharma, GM (Pers.) IRs & Chairman, LMC, Madam D. Acharya, Madam Ghosh, Madam Sharma, Principals, Vice Principals , HMs, of all the AEC Schools, Parents, Teachers & my dear children.
I have great pleasure in extending a very warm welcome to all of you.
ShriDiwakarAcharya, Chairman& Managing Director, UCIL is a B.Tech (Hons.) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Subsequently, he successfully completed the ‘Advanced International Course in Mining Technology’ from Lulea University, Sweden and also completed a course in ‘Project Management’ from IIM, Ahmedabad. He holds the 1st Class Mine Manager’s certificate of competency and RQP from Indian Bureau of Mines and Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration & Research. He joined UCIL in 1988 and has been in the organisation since then. He led the team that constructed Narwapahar Mine, which is the first fully trackless mine in India from drawing board to commissioning. The Mine is not only considered a pioneer in underground technology but has international recognition in all aspects of mine and mine management. The mine has set benchmarks in efficiency, environmental management, mine remediation and Corporate Social Responsibility.

He has several awards to his kitty. He received the Alumni Award from IIT, Kharagpur during Golden Jubilee Celebration for his contribution to the Indian Mining Industry. He has got the ‘Life Time Achievement Award’, ‘Star PSU CMD’ and Golden Peacock Award to mention a few.

He is always the guiding light of the AEC Schools in Jaduguda centre and extends all his co-operation for the betterment of the institution. I welcome you sir.

I also welcome Mr.DebashishGhosh, Director Finance. He has done his post graduation in chartered Accounts and cost accounting. He worked in central coalfields ltd, Ranchi, Heavy Engineering corporation, Ranchi and SAIL/Bhilai steel plant before joining UCIL in February 2015. He is also the visiting faculty for management Training institute of SAIL and regular faculty for the Bhilai Chapter of cost & works.

I take this opportunity to welcome, Shri C.H. Sharma, GM (Pers.) IRs& Chairman, LMC, AEC Schools, Jaduguda Centre. He is very well acquainted with ISO Certification and recruitment rules and regulation and he is monitoring the legal activities of the company. He is the guiding spirit behind all the AEC Schools in Jaduguda and extends his helping hand whenever the schools are in need. I welcome you sir. I also welcome Mrs.SushmaAcharya, Mrs. D. Ghosh and Mrs. C.H. Sharma for their gracious presence on this occasion.

It give me great pleasure in welcoming Mr. Ajay GhadeGM(Mines) Narwapahar) and Mr.P.K.Dhar, GM(Elect.) Narwapahar for their gracious presence and encouraging the children. I also welcome Mrs.Ghade and Mrs.Dhar for their gracious presence.

The school is indebted to the LMC members Dr.Bhattamishra, Dr.Tamrakar and Mr.G.K.Chatterjee for their constant co-operation and help in its day to day functioning. I welcome all of you whole heartedly for this function. I welcome Mr.B.C.Gupta, Company Secretary, UCIL , JadugudaDr.U.K.Majhee, CMO, UCIL Jaduguda, Mr. K. I have immense pleasure in welcoming Dr. Dinesh Kumar, Principal, AECS-1, Jaduguda and co-ordinating principal, who guides us from time to time in running the school. I also welcome Dr.Kamlesh Kumar, Principal, AECS Narwapahar, Mr.A.K.Singh, Principal, AECSTuramdih for their gracious presence.

Report on Annual Day Celebration-2015

The Annual Day celebration is always a great and memorable day for the students, teachers, parents and guardians. Our school AECS-2, Jaduguda celebrated the Annual Day on 21st November, 2015. The school was decorated very beautifully with flowers and other decorating materials. The students were very energetic and enthusiastic for the day. ShriDebashishGhosh, Director (Finance) UCIL, Jaduguda was the Chief Guest of the day and Shri C.H. Sharma, Chairman, LMC & General Manager (Pers.) IRs, UCIL, Jaduguda presided over the function. The Principals of AECS-1, Jaduguda, AECS, Narwapahar, AECS, Turamdih and the members of LMC also the guests of the occasion.Shri S. Seshan, Vice Principal I/C presented the Annual Report. ShriDebashishGhosh said, “The school is a platform for the students to nourish their talents. Only academics is not enough in today’s time. Music, Sports, Art etc. are also equally important for all round development of a child”. He appreciated the performances of the students and encouraged them to do better next time as well as in life. Shri C.H. Sharma also appreciated the students’ talents and told about the Mock Parliament held in the school. In that, participants presented their view very logically with valid data and facts. Prizes were distributed for various activities. Students of Primary, Secondary and Senior Secondary participated in various cultural programmes which was the most admirable part of the function and was appreciated by one and all. All enjoyed the function a lot. ShriSuchitraKuanr, HM, AECS-2, Jaduguda gave a vote of thanks. The function ended with the National Anthem.

Report on Communal Harmony and Fund Raising Week-2016

Our school AECS-2, Jaduguda conducted various activities on the topic “Communal Harmony campaign and Fund Raising Week’ from 19th November, 2015 to 25th November, 2015. To inculcate harmony among people of different caste, creed and religion and to develop awareness among the students about it, various activities were conducted. For class VI to VIII – Poster Making and Essay Competition. Prizes were distributed to the selected participants.
In the Annual Day Function of the school held on 21st November, 2015 there was a skit based on ‘Communal Harmony’. It was appreciated by one and all. Students of all classes donated some amount at their will and the teaching and the non-teaching staff of the school also donated in the ‘Donation Box’ on Communal Harmony and Fund Raising Week-2015, which was submitted to the UCIL Department for onward transmission to the Secretary, National Foundation for Communal Harmony.
